Cooking method
We start the dish, starting with berries. We clean the plums from their large seeds. We cut the orange without removing the peel from it. We get the bones out of it, too, without fail. We crush both berries and orange with a meat grinder. A less dreary option is to use a blender, if you have one.
The total mass of the mixed orange with plums, mix with sugar until it dissolves in the mixture, it is desirable to warm up the mixture at the same time. We distribute the warm jam into sterilized jars. Tightly tighten the lids and keep them in a dark, cool corner.
