  • Finely chop the chocolate with a knife. Pour the milk into a small saucepan, add the chocolate, and warm it gently. Stir until the chocolate melts in. Turn up the heat, bring the mixture to a boil, and set it aside — it should be thick, like a pudding. Pour some of the chocolate mixture into a glass or stemmed glass. Carefully float the coffee on top, pouring it over the back of a spoon. Crown it with whipped cream and finish with a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
