Chop the chocolate finely with a knife.
Pour milk into a saucepan or ladle, add chocolate and heat a little. Stir, the chocolate should disperse.
Increase the heat, bring the mass to a boil and set aside. (it should be thick, like jelly).
Pour part of the chocolate mass into a glass or a wine glass. Pour coffee on top of the knife blade, or better on the back of the spoon.
Add whipped cream on top. Sprinkle coffee in Turin with chocolate chips.
