Cooking method
- Over low heat, stir the sugar and cream together until smooth. Stirring, bring the mixture to a boil. Then add the honey and keep stirring. Is the fudge ready? You can check by carefully taking a little of it, dropping it into cool water, and rolling it into a ball. If the ball doesn't stick to your fingers, the fudge is done. Pour the finished fudge into a container, let it cool, and chill it until it sets. Then cut it into small cubes and serve. It's eaten as a dessert. Kids especially love it, though grown-ups are fond of it too. Enjoy it with your tea!
