Step 1:
Jam needs sugar and apples.
Step 2:
Thoroughly wash the apples, peel off the skin, remove the bones. Cut the prepared fruit into slices about 2 cm thick
Step 3:
Now we proceed to the preparation of syrup. To do this, the granulated sugar is dissolved in water, for which the whole mass is heated over low heat.
Step 4:
After that, pour the apples with hot syrup and soak for 4 hours.
Step 5:
After this time, we put the mass on a slow fire and, stirring, bring it to a boil. Boil for about 7 minutes and then set aside for about 8 hours.
Step 6:
After that, once again bring the mixture to a boil and cool again. We repeat this cooking a couple more times.
Step 7:
After that, we transfer the jam into sterilized jars and close them hermetically with lids.
