Cooking method
To begin with, thoroughly wash the quince, cut the fruit into four equal parts, cut out the seeds and cut the quince into slices.
In a saucepan, bring water with granulated sugar (syrup) to a boil.
After that, place the quince in the prepared boiling syrup and cook for 10 minutes. After this time, remove from the heat and leave for half a day.
After that, bring the jam to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
Cool again and leave for half a day.
For the third time, we bring our jam to a boil, put vanilla, crushed walnuts, lemon, cut into thin slices with peel. Immediately after removing the jam from the fire, we put it in jars and close it.
