Who told you that a birthday cake should be necessarily sweet. My husband doesn't like sweets. That's why I'm making him a bread cake for his birthday. Here is this cooking recipe.
Take the form in which you will make the cake. Put a plastic wrap on it. The ends of the film must necessarily hang over the edges of the mold. Put the bread on the bottom tightly. But also lay it out on the sides of the form. It is necessary that there are no holes. Chicken filling is placed on the bread, which is prepared beforehand.
Cook the chicken breast and cut it into cubes. Chop the onion, crush the garlic and mix with the breast. Put the curd cheese and season everything with mayonnaise. Mix it up. Sprinkle the sesame seeds, chop the almonds and also put them to the chicken. Season with one spoonful of lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the filling with cling film and send it to the refrigerator.
After it has been laid on the bread, smooth it out and put the bread back on. It has an egg filling, which is prepared in advance together with the chicken. It is necessary to cook and finely chop the eggs. Mix them with onions, olives. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
After the egg filling, put the bread again and coat it with cottage cheese. Wrap the cake in foil. Press down with cans and put in the refrigerator for a day. Then get it. Brush with cottage cheese again and decorate. Bon appetit!
