Not so long ago I was reading one of my favorite culinary magazines and came across a very interesting culinary recipe for grape jam. I made it, and I really liked it, and my loved ones. I'm telling you about the method of cooking this dish. So, we start by washing the grapes, sorting them, separating them from the branches. The berries are prepared. Now we are preparing sugar syrup. To do this, we dilute a kilogram of sugar in a glass of water, put the mass on a small fire, heat the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved. When the syrup is ready, put the prepared berries in it, cook for about 30-40 minutes, then remove from the heat for 10 minutes, so repeat 2-3 more times. When we cook the mass for the last time, add a teaspoon of citric acid and vanilla sugar. Ready-made jam can be considered if the berries have become completely transparent. When our dessert is ready, we remove it from the fire, cool it down a little, put it in sterilized 700-gram jars and close the lids.
