Pork liver for some reason is a food that is not particularly popular with housewives. Usually cooking recipes are prepared, including beef liver, chicken or cod liver. Recipes with pork liver are much smaller and completely in vain! Because in my arsenal there is an appetizer salad of pork liver, which will not leave anyone indifferent. Well, let's start cooking this delicious dish. To begin with, wash the liver and chicken meat and cook them in lightly salted water in separate pots. The chicken will cook in about 30 minutes, and the pork liver in 40-45 minutes. After that, we cool them. Boiled pork liver three on a coarse grater or finely cut. We also finely chop chicken meat and boiled chicken eggs. Also boil the carrots and cut into strips or small cubes. Now mix all the ingredients, add salt to taste, a little pepper and season the salad with mayonnaise. If desired, you can decorate the finished salad with herbs.
