For this culinary recipe, peel the onion, rinse and chop finely. In order to remove the bitterness from the onion, pour boiling water into a cup and put our chopped onion there, leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water, rinse it 2-3 times in cold water. Boil the eggs in a steep, peel and cut into small cubes, or you can grate them on a medium grater. Then the liver of the cod should be kneaded with a fork. In a saucepan, we collect a little water and put it on the fire, as soon as the water boils, put the washed rice there and cook it until ready on low heat. Then drain the water from the rice, and leave it to cool. For quick cooling, you can put the rice in a plate. After that, in a deep bowl, mix the rice, onion, eggs and salt to taste. Green onions are washed and chopped finely. Then add it to a bowl with rice and onions, put the cod liver there and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Pour mayonnaise on top to taste and mix again. This light and very tasty salad is suitable for any meal. It will take us at least 40 minutes to prepare a liver salad with rice. Bon appetit!
