Cooking method
Since the culinary recipe "Spicy-sour shrimp soup" refers to exotic Thai cuisine, you will need special ingredients in order to be able to cook it. But since it has recently become very fashionable to rest in Thailand, the question of ingredients can be solved simply: order them to travel friends or buy them yourself abroad or in a supermarket (which is also an option).
Chicken broth (or plain water) we put it on the fire in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Let it boil and reduce the heat. Here we also send crushed garlic, chopped wild cherry, a spice called galangal (easily replaced with ginger), lemon grass, fish sauce, capsicum and chopped mushroom caps (mushrooms can be used any). Let it boil for two minutes, then pour in fresh shrimp, bring to a boil. The readiness of the soup is now determined by the shrimp: they should change color to pale pink. In principle, the shrimp cook very quickly, it will take about two minutes. Now pour pomegranate juice into our soup – two or three spoons, add chili pepper. The finished food is decorated with silanthra leaves, which can be replaced with parsley – also beautiful, you will agree.
