Oatmeal can be safely replaced with hercules, especially since it is much easier and simpler to buy it. Soak the hercules with warm water and put it in a warm place for leaven. To make the process go faster, you can add 1 tbsp.l. special starter culture. Two days later, we check the resulting mixture. If necessary, add more water and filter into a separate saucepan. We begin to cook over low heat, stirring constantly. We should have porridge. When it is ready, add the fried bacon in a frying pan. Oatmeal jelly with bacon is served with milk.
