Coconut is used in abundance in Indian cuisine and adds an exquisite taste and aroma to many national foods. But this nut is used not only as a seasoning, but also for cooking, where it is the main ingredient. This is exactly the recipe I want to share with you! Now I will tell you about a simple and delicious sweet dessert - coconut sweetness.
To begin with, put the butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom and melt it over low heat, stirring so that the butter does not burn. Now add the coconut and mix. It is better if you use freshly grated coconut, but coconut from a pack will do. Add milk and dye (if desired) and mix for 7-10 minutes. Remove from the heat, set aside and let the resulting mass cool down a little. When it cools down enough, we take out the contents of the saucepan. We form it into long blocks, cut it into equal rectangles. We remove the blocks to a cool place and let them freeze for 1 hour. Our dish is ready! You can serve it to the table!
