While the eggs are cooking, while you are preparing other ingredients, I advise you to digest the information about the liver of cod. I must say that it is quite a popular component for salads today. And there is an explanation for this. After all, cod liver is, first, a very nutritious and delicious product, second, it is a fairly useful product for your health and your beauty.
By the way, several decades ago these salad recipes were quite popular in the post-Soviet space. But already in the post-perestroika times, cod liver salads, due to the saturation of the market with a variety of products, pushed exotic recipes. And, the further, the more, they were generally undeservedly, in my opinion, forgotten.
So, now a lot of things forgotten in their time, including this recipe, are returning to their circles. I think because cod liver is quite an unusual product. And this makes it possible not just to create salads, but really chic culinary masterpieces. Such salads can not be filled with mayonnaise, because the liver of cod is quite fatty. But focus, first of all, on your taste.
