Cooking method
Most often this food is prepared when a sheep is being slaughtered. It just so happened that during the domestic slaughter of livestock, it is necessary to process all meat and offal. But, of course, that you can buy the necessary ingredients and just at the bazaar.
Only in appearance hasip seems to be something complicated. In fact, his culinary recipe is simple, like almost all recipes of Uzbek cuisine.
Take the meat and chop it finely, almost to a homogeneous mass. But you can also skip through the meat grinder. In the same way, we chop raw fat, lung and onion.
When everything is thoroughly mixed, we also add raw rice, salt and pepper to taste. I advise you not to skimp especially on salt and pepper. Very often, after cooking, hasip turns out to be bland.
Stuffed lamb intestines with minced meat made in this way. Having previously tied the end with a thread. Having filled, we tie the other end with a thread. And then pour cold water and cook for half an hour.
Hot hasip may well be served as a second course. And in the cold, we can even take it on the road or on a picnic.
