Sauerkraut cabbage

Delicious and fragrant soup with pork and sauerkraut! A culinary recipe with a funny name "Sauerkraut cabbage" personally reminded me of one of the soups of French cuisine, which I love very much. Actually, that's why I took it up one day. The sour taste of this soup (or better to say soup) will appeal to many, I'm sure of that. And this food is prepared quite quickly, without unnecessary tricks.
