I elementary blew away this culinary recipe on the Internet. And what is not allowed? By the way, the Internet is designed for communication and information exchange. I exchanged it, in the sense of information. My child says about pepper in tomato juice like this: "Give me food that has drowned in tomatoes."
Someone likes pepper cooked whole, but in our family they prefer pepper cut into plates or slices, who, as they used to call it, calls this method of slicing. However, it does not matter, the main thing is to wash the pepper and blanch in boiling water (no more than 5 minutes). Flip it into a colander and put it under a stream of cold water for quick cooling.
Meanwhile, you need to pour salt and sugar into the tomato juice, and then mix it all with butter and put it on fire. Put pepper in jars, don't even put it. Pepper is best put in jars, so it fits more, and it looks more fun and mysterious than pepper lying down. Bring the brine to a boil, pour pepper in jars with it.
Put the jars in low-boiling water for sterilization for 10-15 minutes. We roll up the cans. We wrap closed jars with something warm. After a day or two, we open it and put it in a cool place.
