Step-by-step cooking
So, we wash our meat, put it in a whole piece in water, cook for an hour or an hour and a half over low heat. Forty minutes after the start of cooking, we put new potatoes in a saucepan, and, best of all, whole, and for this it is good to select small, equally sized potatoes. Cabbage in the recipe was recommended not to chop, as usual, but to cut into cubes. I did so, in principle, there is a charm in this, I will not argue. Carrots and onions, unlike the traditional recipe for cabbage soup, we do not fry, but put them in a saucepan raw and also diced. For a quarter of an hour, all this charm is quietly cooked, after which you need to add tomatoes, cut into beautiful slices (you can not remove the skin), as well as chopped nettles and parsley. Cabbage soup after that should cook for three minutes, no more.
This fragrant food is poured on plates in such a way that each one has 1-2 potatoes, 1-2 slices of tomato, cabbage and carrots in uniform quantities. You can fill it with sour cream or mayonnaise, then it will turn out quite tasty.
