Boil water in a saucepan. When it boils, add potatoes, onions, carrots, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.
When the water boils, we lower the meatballs carefully so that splashes with hot water do not fly, you can use a spoon. Cook for 15-20 minutes. When everything is almost ready, in 5 minutes, add the bay leaf.
Tastes are different, someone can add rice or vermicelli here, just a little. And in minced meat, you can also make grated onions and finely chopped boiled eggs.
You can put sour cream and herbs in the finished soup.
