Step 1:
To prepare this salad, first prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2:
Using a knife, cut the cucumber into strips.
Step 3:
Cut the boiled sausage into thin strips.
Step 4:
Cut the crust from a piece of bread, and cut the piece into small cubes.
Step 5:
Fry sliced bread in sunflower oil until crisp.
Step 6:
Cook a chicken egg and cut it into cubes.
Step 7:
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 8:
