Chicken Soup with Meatballs and Tomato Sauté
An easy, hearty, tasty soup — give it a try! It comes together quickly and doesn't call for a long list of ingredients.

Step 1:
Prep the ingredients: peel the potatoes, carrot, onion, and garlic.

Shape the ground meat into meatballs, working a clove of garlic into the mixture first.

Set the chicken broth on the stove to heat.

While the broth comes to a boil, dice the potatoes and add them to the pot. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, sauté the onion in a skillet.

Once the onion is golden, remove it from the pan and start frying the carrot, stirring in the tomato paste.

Return the onion to the carrot.

Stir everything together and sauté.

Add the meatballs to the broth with the potatoes. The soup needs another 15-20 minutes of cooking.

Add the vermicelli.
