Peel and peel the pumpkin seeds and grate it on a fine grater. The cooking recipe indicates the net weight of the pumpkin – already grated. Squeeze all the juice out of the pumpkin puree thoroughly, using wet gauze for this. After mixing the juice with the amount of water indicated in the recipe, draining two tablespoons from it. We will need these spoons to dilute the starch. It is always better to take corn starch – it is more useful, especially for children. We put pumpkin juice with water in a saucepan on the stove and bring it to a boil. Immediately pour in the diluted starch and cook, stirring continuously so that no lumps form. Add sugar. As soon as the jelly boils, we immediately remove it and cool it. We give it to the baby, let him drink to his health. By the way, pumpkin jelly is useful not only for children, but also for adults. And its cheerful orange color is able to cheer up even on the most cloudy and rainy day.
