Seaweed Salad with Corn, Egg, and Mayonnaise
A light — and, best of all, wholesome — salad for the whole family! For the longest time I couldn't get my husband to eat seaweed. After a lot of trial and error, I landed on this salad, and now it's his absolute favorite!

Cooking method
- Put the seaweed in a colander, rinse it, and cut it into short strips so it doesn't slurp up like spaghetti. Boil the eggs and chop them. Then combine the seaweed, corn, diced crab sticks, diced onion, and eggs. Dress with mayonnaise. Serve however you like — this time I shaped mine into a flower. Enjoy!
