Step 1:

Pour eighty grams of salt and two hundred and fifty grams of sugar into the pan.

Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of vegetable oil into a saucepan.
Step 9:
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a saucepan with a wooden spoon.
Step 10:
Add one kilogram of previously chopped onions to the common pan.
Step 11:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and set aside the pan for at least two hours so that the vegetables give juice.
Step 12:
Turn on the stove on medium heat and put a saucepan with vegetables, which we bring to a boil with a lid, then turn down the heat of the stove and cook the vegetables for fifteen minutes stirring with a spoon.
Step 13:
Add one hundred and twenty-five milliliters of 9% vinegar to the pan five minutes before the end of cooking and mix thoroughly again.
Step 14:
We lay out the salad in hot form in sterilized jars.
Step 15:
Add vegetable juice to the jars all the way to the top.
Step 16:
Close the jars tightly with sterile lids.
Step 17:
We turn the jars over and, after checking for tightness, cover them with a blanket or a warm blanket, cool them for several hours and put them in a cool and dark place for storage.
