Cooking method
Put the pasta to cook in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan. Throw in the mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the chopped garlic and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Add tomato paste, a little water in which the pasta is cooked and spices. Put the pasta in a colander, and add the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, salt, pepper and half of the fresh basil to the pan, slicing it quite finely.
Add the pasta to the pan, stir. Leave for 5 minutes under the lid and serve.
