Pour cream into a saucepan, add chocolate, heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate dissolves. Do not bring to a boil! Remove from heat, cover with a film, let cool completely.
Step 3:
Defrost raspberries, add powdered sugar, pepper and salt. Mash lightly with a fork.
Step 4:
Put raspberries on the bottom of the glass, sprinkle with cocoa powder 0.25 tsp. per serving. Pour the cooled cream whipped with a mixer on top.
Step 5:
On top, you can draw a heart with raspberry remnants. Dessert is ready!
