Very quick and easy to make. Use any ground meat you like. It comes out leaner with ground beef, and a little less aromatic with chicken.

- Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Boil in salted water. 2. Chop the onion and sauté it in sunflower oil until translucent. 3. Add the ground meat to the onion, season with salt and spices, and cook until done. 4. Mash the boiled potatoes, thinning them with some of the potato cooking water. Stir in the butter. 5. Fold the ground meat into the mashed potatoes and mix well. Enjoy!
