Cooking method
1. We wash the plums, separate them from the seeds and leave them for 2 hours, wait until the juice is released from them.
2. Peel the garlic cloves and hot pepper.
3. Put the plums in a saucepan and put on a slow fire for 20 minutes. Next, the slightly cooled berries, garlic and pepper are crushed in a meat grinder. Finely chop the greens and put them in a saucepan. Add salt, sugar and dry spices for tkemali. Boil for another 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, pour vinegar and lay out the adjika in sterilized jars.
