Mashed broccoli with mushrooms

Cooking method

1. Champignons are well washed and cut into pieces. Put the mushrooms in a frying pan and fry until golden brown in sunflower oil.

2. Boil the broccoli and drain the excess water.

3. In a saucepan with broccoli, add fried mushrooms and salt to taste. If desired, you can pepper it. Whisk with a blender into an airy puree and add cream.
