Cooking method
1. Cut the mozzarella into thin plates.
2. Tomatoes are washed, dried with a paper towel, cut into thin circles.
3. We choose a large flat dish and alternately spread cheese with tomatoes on it.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. My basil, finely chop (we will leave part of the leaves to decorate the salad), put it in a small container (wooden mortar), pour olive oil, add garlic squeezed through a press, and rub with a pestle. Pour the resulting sauce over the salad.
6. We give the salad a complete look by decorating it with basil leaves.
Serve Caprese on the table and treat your guests with a delicious dish!
