Wash apricots and peaches, dry, remove the stone, cut into a small cube. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, banana grated on a coarse grater, honey and vanilla sugar - beat everything with a mixer or blender until smooth.
Put the dessert in a cream bowl or any other dessert container, alternating layers: peaches - cream - apricots - cream - peaches - cream - apricots. Dessert must be kept in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. When serving, you can sprinkle with nuts or grated chocolate. Enjoy your summer appetite!
