An amazingly tasty cauliflower casserole! Treat your family! This dish has a permanent place on my home menu—not just because it's so delicious, but because it takes so little time and effort. Mostly, it's my slow cooker that does the work.

- Start by breaking the cauliflower into florets. Put them in a pot, add water and a little salt, and set it on the heat. Boil the cauliflower for about seven minutes, let it cool, then break it into smaller florets. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, eggs, pepper, and salt, mixing well. Grease the slow-cooker bowl with oil and add the cauliflower florets. Pour the sour cream and egg mixture over the top. Finish by sprinkling with grated cheese. Cook the casserole on the "Sauté/Fry" setting. Just twenty minutes and it's ready! Enjoy!
