Cooking method
- put noodles in boiling water and cook until tender;
- fry the onion until golden brown, add ground ginger;
- cut the rabbit fillet and add it to the onion;
- then green peas, but do not overcook it, otherwise it will turn into mashed potatoes;
-add the noodles washed with cold water and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, simmer until the soy sauce evaporates.
