Cod Liver Salad Balls Rolled in Sesame

An unusual way to serve a familiar dish. Just roll it into balls! These salad balls are a great way to add variety to the spread on your table. And they take hardly any time to make.

    Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then cool, peel, and grate them on the large holes of a box grater.

    Toast the sesame seeds in a dry (!) skillet.

    Grate the hard-boiled eggs on the small holes of a box grater.

    Do the same with the cheese.

    Drain the oil from the cod liver, mash it with a fork, and combine it with the potatoes.

    Add the grated eggs and cheese along with the finely chopped parsley. Mix everything together.

    Add the soy sauce and mix again.

    Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls. Roll them in the toasted sesame seeds.
