Break the pasta into 1 cm (about ½-inch) pieces, boil in salted water, and toss with the oil. Cover the oat flakes with boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain. Let the pasta and oats cool and transfer them to a bowl.

Add the egg and honey.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
