Quinoa and chickpea salad with vegetables

Cooking method
Soak the chickpeas, and cook according to the instructions on the package.
Quinoa is washed well, pour water 1 to 2 and cook for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, salt and pepper.
We cool everything.
Cut avocado, bell pepper and tomatoes into large pieces.
Put everything in a salad bowl, add olive oil, mix. Add spices as desired and to taste.
