Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

Chicken egg 5 pcs.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l .
Salt 1 chip.
Russian cheese 25 g
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Cook 5 eggs (After the water boils, you need to cook the eggs for another 5 minutes).
In order for the eggs to cool down faster, you need to drain the hot water from the saucepan and pour them with ice water from the tap several times.
Then we peel the shells, divide them exactly in half with a knife, take out the yolks.
On a plate separate from the yolks, three cheese on a medium grater (so that it is not very large, but also not too small), add sour cream (both homemade and store-bought are suitable here. But it will taste better with a store-bought one. ) and thoroughly mix grated cheese with sour cream. (Salt is not needed in this case. It turns out so very tasty. )
Back to the yolks.
Pour mayonnaise into a plate with yolks, salt and thoroughly press this yolk mixture with a fork.
Then we fill the halves with this mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
That's it, the dish is ready!
Bon appetit!

P.S: There is also another option.
Is also no less delicious.
Instead of sprinkling cheese on top, grated cheese can be added to the yolk mixture.

It's worth a try
