Cooking method
1. Finely chop ginger and onion, add cinnamon, mix well;
2. Pour half of the resulting mixture with 2 cups of coconut milk and put on a small fire;
3. Mix the second half of the mixture with coconut chips, turmeric and salt;
4. Cut the tuna into cubes and mix with the resulting mixture from the second half for marinating;
5. When the coconut milk boils, put the pickled tuna in a saucepan;
6. Add curry, chili, salt;
7. Cook until boiling, stirring;
8. After boiling, add the remaining cup of coconut milk;
9. Cook for a couple more minutes.
