Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Products.
Step 2:
Rinse the chicken fillet in running water. Finely chop (cubes of 1-1.5 cm) and fry the chicken. We use 2 tablespoons of oil. Someone likes it to a golden crust, but I prefer to stew it - without a crust it is much softer and juicier, as for me. Add a little salt. Put it to cool.
Step 3:
Preheat the oven to 140-180 degrees. Take a loaf. We cut 9 slices of bread, cut them into small cubes (I make about 1-1.5 cm each), put them in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes (dry them, turn them into golden crackers). We put them to cool down.
Step 4:
Hard-boiled 3-eggs. Cool it down. We clean it. We separate the yolks from the proteins (proteins will not be useful to us, they can be used in another dish). We make salad dressing. Take 3 egg yolks and knead them thoroughly with a fork.
Step 5:
Squeeze lemon juice into a clean bowl. We throw out the seeds (we should get 2 tablespoons of juice).
Step 6:
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of mustard to the crushed yolk. Mix it up. We pass the garlic through a garlic press (it is in the first photo), after which the crushed garlic is mixed with a mass of yolk and lemon juice.
Step 7:
Add olive oil (1 tbsp.l.), salt, pepper to this egg mixture. Mix everything together. Salad dressing is ready.
Step 8:
Next, grate the parmesan on a fine grater.
Step 9:
Wash, dry, finely tear the lettuce leaves and put them in a deep dish (salad bowl, bowl).
Step 10:
We cut the cherry either into halves or into four slices (I make four slices because, as for me, it is more convenient to mix and eat. Tomatoes are spread on lettuce leaves.
Step 11:
Next, we spread our ready-made finely chopped chicken. Pour the salad dressing.
Step 12:
Mix well.
Step 13:
Add crackers.
Step 14:
Sprinkle with cheese and put it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to soak.
Serve cold (although someone likes it warm). Caesar salad with chicken and homemade crackers is perfect for a festive table.
