Cut the fillet into bars, add a little salt and pour lemon juice. Leave for 20 minutes.
Prepare the sauce – beat the cream, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, herbs. Cut the chili, remove the seeds, chop the pulp finely and mix with the sauce. Put it in the cold. Cook the rice until tender, discard. Beat the eggs lightly - as for batter.
Now preheat the fryer to a light haze. As soon as the smoke appeared, reduce the fire to a minimum. We roll the cubes in flour, shake the flour thoroughly, then put it in an egg, then roll it well in rice and fry it in deep-frying for 3-5 minutes, turning it over for uniform roasting. We put the finished pieces on a napkin to absorb fat.
Serve on lettuce leaves. Serve with sauce – dip the pieces in hot sauce.
