The main ingredients.

Cut the beef heart — boiled in salted water — into thin strips.

Grate the peeled black radish on the coarse side of a box grater.

Sauté the chopped onion in oil until golden (I used olive oil).

Add the grated carrots to the onion and cook until tender.

Combine all the ingredients, season with salt, and dress with mayonnaise. The salad is ready — easy as can be!
