Step 1:
Our ingredients, in addition to them, we will also need vegetable oil about 3 tablespoons, as well as a piece of butter - about 20 g. You can use any pasta starting with fettuccine and ending with ordinary horns. To begin with, in addition to the ingredients, we will prepare 2 frying pans and one pan with a lot of water in which we will boil the pasta.
Step 2:
While the pasta is cooking, let's do the sauce. We cut the smoked meat (from whom what) into thin slices, cut the onion into cubes.
Step 3:
On a mixture of butter and vegetable oil (or only vegetable oil), fry bacon and onion, fry until the onion is ready.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into medium cubes and fry in a well-heated frying pan until cooked (about 5 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces). If there is a lot of meat, and the frying pan is small, we fry the chicken in parts, we need to fry it, and not stew it in its own juice.
Step 5:
Add chicken to the fried onion.
Step 6:
And pour the cream, add salt, pepper, if desired, you can add a little dried basil, stir, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes (maybe a little longer) until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 7:
We throw the finished pasta into a colander.
Step 8:
And add to the sauce. Mix, spread the finished pasta on plates and immediately serve to the table!
Step 9:
Sprinkle grated parmesan and fresh herbs on top of the finished pasta! Bon appetit!
