Boil the shrimp, eggs, fry mushrooms with onions, cut all the products in turn (eggs, tomatoes, herbs, celery), arrange the salad at your discretion. The first layer is greens, the second is pepper, the third is mushrooms with onions, the fourth is celery, the fifth is sprouted lentils, the sixth is cherry tomatoes, the seventh is quail eggs. Mix vegetable oil, salt and lemon juice for the sauce. We fill the salad and serve it to the table.
