Cooking method
Food in a hurry. It so happened that you are too lazy to cook something complicated, but dinner time is coming and the family is already looking with hungry eyes. Like it or not, you need to go to the kitchen. The fastest is pasta and all kinds of pasta, and you have a solid supply of them in your locker. And the recipe for vegetable gravy is at hand. So, we make noodles in vegetable sauce.
First boil noodles or pasta, flip them off and rinse with cold water to stop the swelling process. We take a little vegetable oil and mix it well so that the noodles do not stick together.
Cut the carrots into strips, thaw and slice the broccoli - and simmer it all in butter for fifteen minutes. Carrots should become soft. We separate part of the boiled noodles and mix it with vegetables.
In a separate saucepan, melt half a cup of butter, add sour cream and cream to the same place. Bring the cream sauce to a boil, stirring constantly. And boil on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
We spread the remaining noodles on the dish, put a layer of pasta with vegetables on top. Pour all the cream sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. Dinner is ready.
