Once I thought about what can be cooked from minced meat (except cutlets) and spaghetti! And I came across such a culinary recipe.
Pour water into a saucepan (about 600-700 ml.), bring to a boil. Add salt, put spaghetti there. After the spaghetti boils, cook for about 8-10 more minutes. Ready-made spaghetti is thrown into a colander and caressed with cold water.
Now we are preparing the sauce. We put salted water on the fire for tomatoes. As soon as the water begins to boil, we put the tomatoes there, having previously made an incision on top in the form of a cross and removing the tail. We take out the tomatoes in one minute and remove the peel. Rub them on a grater or you can grind them with a blender to a puree-like appearance. Next, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. My greens and also finely cut.
Put a frying pan on the stove, add olive or vegetable oil, fry the onion and half the garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Add the minced meat there and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
Add mashed tomatoes to the minced meat, pepper, salt, mix, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 7-10 minutes. After the food is ready, add the greens and the remaining garlic to the sauce. Cover again with a lid and leave for a few minutes.
Spread spaghetti with "A la Bolognese" sauce on a plate and decorate with basil leaves. Bon appetit!
