Step-by-step cooking
First we cook potatoes, crush them, make onion frying in lard, mix half of the frying with potatoes.
We take flour, add soda to sour cream, then put it in flour, mix, add water until a thick dough is obtained. Then we roll out the dough, take a glass and squeeze out mugs on the rolled dough. In each circle we put the filling and form dumplings. We lower the dumplings into boiling water, mix immediately so that they do not stick to the bottom and cook for about 3 minutes.
We put the finished dumplings in a saucepan, add the second part of the frying to the top, cover the pan with a lid and shake well to mix. That's it, bon appetit.
