Step-by-step cooking
1. Dissolve a couple of eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, prepare the flour and breadcrumbs separately.
2. Cut the cheese into cubes (about 1 cm).
3. Heat a frying pan with plenty of oil.
4. Dip the cheese first into the egg - then into the flour - then back into the egg - then into the breadcrumbs. Then put the pieces in a preheated frying pan. This double breading will not allow the cheese to spread in the pan.
5. Fry on both sides until golden brown and set aside on a plate lined with cooking paper. When the oil drains, put it on a dish with salad.
