How to fry pork ribs in a frying pan with onions? Prepare everything you need for this, cut the pork ribs so that there are 1-2 ribs in each piece.
Step 2:

Step 3:
Peel the onion and garlic, rinse with cold water and chop. Cut the onion into half rings, and pass the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 4:
Take a frying pan with a wide flat bottom to fit as many ribs as possible. Preheat it to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil. Lay out the prepared ribs and fry them on high heat for 12-15 minutes. Turn them over so that they fry more evenly.
Step 5:
The ribs should be fried very well and become very golden and appetizing.
Step 6:
Now you can add chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Fry everything together for a couple of minutes, not forgetting to stir. Then pour in some hot water and simmer the ribs under the lid on low heat for 20-40 minutes (depending on the softness of the meat). Add a little salt and spices to taste.
Step 7:
The meat should become soft. During frying, the water will evaporate, and the ribs will be juicy and delicious.
Step 8:
Transfer the finished fried ribs to a platter and serve hot. Complement the meat dish with ideally fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
Fried pork ribs can be served with any side dish as a main meat dish or as a hot appetizer to beer or other alcoholic beverage. They are good with vegetable salad or just with sliced fresh vegetables.
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
To check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in the pan, you can do it in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.
If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
