Cooking method
1. My eggplant, cut into slices, put in a saucepan, salt, mix, leave for 10 minutes.
2. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, then spread the eggplant to the onion, fry for 10 minutes.
3. Pour balsamic vinegar and soy vinegar to the eggplants, add a little salt and pepper to taste, keep on fire for a couple more minutes.
We serve it on the table in a warm form, very tasty with sour cream and garlic sauce.
