Step 1:
To cook a delicious chicken breast in a frying pan, we will need soy sauce, spices for chicken and vegetable oil for marinating meat.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken breast into large cubes.
Step 3:
Put the chicken fillet cubes in a bowl, pour vegetable oil and sprinkle with spices.
Step 4:
Pour the pieces of chicken meat with soy sauce.
Step 5:
Mix the chicken in soy sauce with spices well.
Step 6:
Leave the chicken breast in the sauce for 20 minutes so that the meat is soaked.
Step 7:
Heat up a dry frying pan and put pieces of chicken breast soaked in soy sauce into it.
Step 8:
Fry the chicken fillet over high heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Step 9:
As the moisture evaporates, when frying, pour the sauce remaining in the bowl into the pan.
Step 10:
When the pieces of chicken breasts are browned, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook the chicken for another 10 minutes.
Step 11:
After 10 minutes, remove the lid from the pan, increase the fire and fry the meat, stirring, for another 1 minute, then remove the pan from the heat.
Step 12:
Chicken breasts in soy sauce, cooked in a frying pan, are ready, we transfer them from the frying pan to a plate.
Step 13:
We serve chicken breasts on the table hot, with sesame seeds and ketchup.
