Fried Soy-Sauce Chicken Breast
Fragrant bites of chicken breast fried in soy sauce. A hearty dish you can throw together fast — chicken breast cooks quickly. The recipe is very simple: the white meat soaks up the soy sauce well, browns on the outside, and stays white and tender inside. Serve it with vegetables or ketchup, like kebabs.

Put the chicken cubes in a bowl, drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with the seasoning.

Pour the soy sauce over the chicken pieces.
-
Step 5:
Stir the chicken well to coat it in the soy sauce and seasoning.
-

Let the chicken breast marinate in the sauce for 20 minutes so the meat soaks it up.
-
Step 7:
Heat a dry skillet and add the soy-marinated chicken pieces.

Step 8:
Fry the chicken over high heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.
-
Step 9:
As the liquid cooks off, pour in the sauce left in the bowl.

-
Step 11:
After 10 minutes, take off the lid, turn the heat back up, and fry the meat, stirring, for 1 more minute, then take the pan off the heat.
-
Step 12:
The pan-fried soy-sauce chicken breast is ready — transfer it from the skillet to a plate.
