Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Main ingredients.
Step 2:
In a bowl, break the eggs and pour out the sugar.
Step 3:
Mix.
Step 4:
Sift the flour.
Step 5:
Add it to the egg mixture in portions and mix.
Step 6:
Add soda and vinegar separately. the soda will be extinguished during kneading and baking, and the dough will be porous. If you extinguish it immediately, part of the carbon dioxide is lost in the air. The dough will be worse.
Step 7:
Knead.
Step 8:
Peel the apples.
Step 9:
Cut into cubes and mix with powdered cinnamon.
Step 10:
Pour out the apples to the dough.
Step 11:
Mix it up.
Step 12:
Grease a thick frying pan with oil.
Step 13:
Pour out the dough. We put it on the stove on low heat, well covered with a lid. You can also put a couple of towels on top for the heat (only if you have an electric stove, if gas - it's better not to risk it).
Step 14:
Follow. We try it with a toothpick. If the bottom is dark, and the top is still a little damp, it is better to set aside and wrap up - the top will come.
Step 15:
Cool, sprinkle with powder and drink tea.
Bon appetit!
